  2. Confirm with Aviva<\/strong>\u00a0the number of sessions approved and any policy excess.<\/p><\/li>

  3. Email your authorisation details to<\/strong> hello@silvapsychotherapy.com<\/a><\/strong>
    When emailing your details, please include
    \u2013 Full name & date of birth
    \u2013 Aviva membership\/policy number<\/strong>
    \u2013 Pre-authorisation code<\/strong>
    \u2013 Number of sessions approved<\/strong> (and claim start date, if provided)<\/p><\/li>

  4. Once received, we can arrange your first appointment. After that<\/strong>, sessions usually take place weekly.<\/p><\/li><\/ol>

    I invoice Aviva directly, ensuring a smooth and stress-free process for you.<\/p>
