A Journey of Growth, Healing, and Human Connection
My path to becoming a psychotherapist wasn’t a straight line. My professional journey began in Civil Engineering in Peru, but after moving to the UK and losing both my parents, everything shifted. That period of grief made me reflect deeply on my purpose — and ultimately led me to retrain in psychology and counselling. I came to believe that healing is always possible, and it’s never too late to begin again.
Today, I work with individuals aged 13 and up in a warm, supportive online practice. I help people navigate anxiety, trauma, low self-esteem, relationship challenges, emotional regulation and life transitions by creating space for growth, curiosity, and healing. My approach honours your lived experience and supports meaningful, lasting change.

As a therapist — and as someone who understands the realities of family life — I bring both empathy and personal insight to my work. As a bilingual therapist in English and Spanish, mother, and co-parent, I appreciate the complexity of relationships and personal change. My goal is to meet you where you are, and tailor therapy to your needs — helping you build a more compassionate, empowered relationship with yourself.
My Approach
I don’t believe in one-size-fits-all therapy. That’s why I draw from a broad range of evidence-based modalities, including Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Attachment Theory, Psychosexual Therapy, and Mindfulness, among others. My work is grounded in NICE-recommended approaches and shaped by ongoing clinical development.
My Peruvian roots and connection to traditional healing also influence my work. With advanced training in the field of psychedelics and mental health, I bring a holistic lens to therapy — one that blends science, cultural sensitivity, and intuition.
Experience and Client Work
Over the years, I’ve supported individuals from diverse backgrounds across public, private, and charitable sectors. My experience includes:
Working with young people and adults through CAMHS, schools, and counselling services
Supporting clients at organisations such as Macmillan, MIND, Samaritans, Place2Be, and domestic abuse support services
Helping doctors and healthcare professionals manage mental health through the NHS Practitioner Health Programme (PHP)
Currently, I’m a recognised provider with major private health insurers including BUPA, AXA, Aviva and WPA, giving insured clients access to high-quality psychological care.
