Frequently Asked Questions
Can I choose the date of the session when I gift it?
No — the recipient chooses their own session date when they’re ready, using the voucher you send them. This gives them full control over when they start.
Will the recipient know who the gift is from?
Yes. The digital voucher will include your name and message, unless you request it to be anonymous.
What if they don’t use the voucher?
Vouchers are valid for 6 months from the purchase date. It’s up to the recipient to reach out and book — unused sessions are non-refundable.
Is this suitable for someone in crisis?
No, I do not provide crisis or emergency support — but support is available. If someone is in immediate danger or distress, please contact 999, go to the nearest A&E, or call Samaritans (116 123) — available 24/7. For people under 19, Childline (0800 1111) offers free and confidential help.
Can I book a session for myself instead?
Absolutely. These options are available whether you’re gifting them or booking for yourself.
