Personalised, Compassionate Support for Adults

There isn’t one-size-fits-all in therapy, that’s why I take an integrative approach. Whether you’re looking for space to talk, tools to manage emotions, or support to process the past, we’ll focus on what feels most helpful to you.

I draw from a range of evidence-based therapies including Counselling,  Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT), Eye Movement Desensitisation and Reprocessing (EMDR), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), and more. This means our work together is personalised and flexible, evolving as you do.

You don’t need to know what type of therapy is best before starting. We’ll work together to explore what feels most supportive and meaningful for you.

What You Can Expect

Individual therapy is an ongoing process. It begins with getting to know you, understanding what’s brought you here, and exploring what kind of support might be most helpful. The first session is often an assessment — which simply means we’ll talk about what’s been difficult, what matters to you, and how we might begin working together. This helps shape the direction of future sessions in a way that feels right for you.

There’s no pressure to have everything figured out. It’s completely okay if things feel messy or unclear. My role is to listen with care, make sense of things alongside you, and build a shared understanding of how to move forward — at your pace.

Each session is shaped by your needs. Some may feel more reflective and grounding; others may offer practical tools to support change. Together, we’ll find what’s most useful for you in the moment.

Session Details
