A Compassionate Space to Process Transformational Experiences
Deep or expanded states of consciousness—through plant medicines, breathwork, meditation, or spiritual practices—can be beautiful, profound, and sometimes overwhelming. Whether you’re seeking clarity, grounding, or deeper integration, I offer a supportive space to help you make sense of it all.
Integration isn’t just about understanding what happened — it’s about embodying those insights in a way that brings real change. This work helps you carry what you’ve experienced forward, whether it’s a moment of deep realisation or a subtle inner shift. Together, we explore identity, healing, and growth in a way that feels meaningful to you.
My approach draws from Internal Family Systems (IFS), Compassion-Focused Therapy (CFT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Mindfulness, and EMDR. These evidence-based modalities support emotional processing, inner exploration, and healing from unresolved experiences.

Who Is This For?
You may benefit from integration therapy if:
You’ve had a psychedelic, plant medicine, or consciousness-expanding experience that brought up strong emotions or insights.
You’re preparing for a journey and want to explore intention, mindset and safety.
You feel lost, stuck, or emotionally flooded after a profound or challenging experience.
You’re seeking clarity, grounding, or a way to carry your insights forward with meaning.
How I Work
I don’t offer or promote the use of substances. My work is grounded in a harm reduction and trauma-informed
approach—creating a space for thoughtful preparation, integration, and emotional support.
Together, we might explore:
“Set and setting”, clarifying your mindset and environment before a journey
Grounding techniques for emotional regulation
Processing material that surfaced during an altered state
Connecting insights to your values, relationships, or daily life
Navigating unresolved memories or trauma
Exploring spiritual or existential themes
Why Integration Matters
Experiences like these don’t exist in isolation. Without integration, they can fade or feel destabilising. With the right support, they can lead to insight, healing, and long-term change.
Research from institutions like Imperial College London and Johns Hopkins University has shown that when deep psychological work is combined with integration support, it becomes more impactful. This work turns your experience into something lasting — not just a moment, but a meaningful shift.
Session Format
