Its goal is to help you address a specific issue efficiently—often in just one session. For many, a single conversation is enough to create clarity or shift perspective. If more support is needed, you’re welcome to return for another session.

This format works well for both new and returning clients looking for focused support that fits into busy lives or specific moments.
Note: SST is best for specific, short-term concerns. Ongoing or complex issues may be better supported with regular therapy.

How It Works
Before your session, you’ll be invited to complete a brief pre-session questionnaire to reflect on your current concern and what you hope to gain from the session. This helps ensure our time together is focused, intentional, and tailored to your needs.
During the session, we will:
- Explore the issue you’ve identified
- Work collaboratively to gain insight or direction
- Use evidence-based tools to move you toward resolution or relief
If after the session you feel you’d benefit from further work, we can discuss what that might look like—but there’s no pressure or expectation to continue.
